Refund policy

Return of Goods

1. The return of Goods is carried out in accordance with the retail trade rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on July 22, 2014, Resolution No. 738 (Official Gazette, 2014, No. 2014-10565).
2. In order to return or exchange the goods, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods. The Buyer must inform the Seller by e-mail and fill out a special form for exchange - return of goods, indicating the name of the returned goods, order number and reasons for the return.
3. The money will be transferred to the bank account specified by the Buyer no later than 14 days after the return of the goods and purchase documents (i.e. invoice).
4. The Buyer is not compensated for the costs of delivery of the Goods.
5. The costs of returning products (without defects) are paid by the Buyer.
6. The returned product must be in its original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same configuration as when the Buyer received it, without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged label, etc.) (this point does not apply in the case of returning a poor-quality product). When returning the product, it is necessary to provide a document of its purchase.
7. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the terms and conditions for returning the goods set out in points 1.2, 1.3 and 1.5. The goods returned by the Buyer will be assessed to see whether the products were returned in accordance with the conditions specified above. If the conditions were not met, the money will not be refunded. The delivery or collection of the goods in such cases will be discussed individually.
8. When returning the wrong product and/or poor-quality product, the Seller undertakes to accept such goods and replace them with similar suitable goods within 14 working days.
In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the Buyer will be refunded the amount paid for the goods.
